    35th Anniversary registry closing down

Still looking for some help reaching Lance. I'm aware there's an SC facebook community. I'm not on social media so, if anyone in the facebook group can help in any way, it would be greatly appreciated.

Assorted NOS parts ALL PARTS SOLD

I was doing a bit of research and found that some mustangs use the same engine bay lamp as we do. It's a reproduction, but I think it solves our problems. Please see link below...

Long time owner...looking for a Ripper shifter for the M5R2

Totally hear you, Norm. You should probably even research a patent ;). That shifter design should also work for all the other M5R2 cars, so you have a good potential market with the mazda, ranger and I think the v6 manual trans F150 crowd. Food for thought :). Glad to hear the guts are all...

Long time owner...looking for a Ripper shifter for the M5R2

That looks quality. And, I see what I think are adjustment bolts to adjust the throw? I'm very much looking forward to your finished product! I noticed you're using the correct SC-specific M5R2-RKE "top" "lid" "hat" or "boot" that is shaped like a "D." The aluminum housing has a flat side to...

Long time owner...looking for a Ripper shifter for the M5R2

Doing some maintenance on my 35th 5speed. Going to do a fluid flush on the trans and it's a good time to also do a ripper shifter. I figured I'd try my luck on the forum since these are no longer available anywhere. Any help appreciated!

What do you use as your "wash out" quart of oil when doing an oil change?

Amen. I love doing oil changes on the birds. Even if you go "fancy" with good oil, it's always still very cheap for oil and filter. I just paid $165 for for the oil change items for my rage rover. Thankfully, that's just once a year.

What do you use as your "wash out" quart of oil when doing an oil change?

To be honest, I question the point of it too :). But, it's an old habit that stuck from tinkering with my old man many years ago on an old 81 VW Scirocco. Once i started tinkering with my first car (my 89 SC) I always did that in oil changes. I hadn't seen that oil from Wally world. Not bad...

What do you use as your "wash out" quart of oil when doing an oil change?

Usually when doing an oil change, I let the car sit for a while so that I get as much old oil as possible to drip out. In addition, after sitting for a few minutes I dump a quart of clean oil in small spurts so that it "washes down" more of the old oil. I usually just use an extra quart of...
