Sounds like that lil nylon bushing is shot, it goes on the pin that the clutch rod hooks onto. Any slack at all in your clutch pedal? 'bird

I think there's about 6-7 sets of manifolds around here but none that are already ported, hope to port as many in advance as possible as soon as I can get settled into the new job. My work hours are different now, 7am-3:30pm and I can get a few things done in the afternoon before everyone closes...

Does the one you have got little barbs on it? It should slip over the tip of the clutch rod, then insert the rod into the pedal lever until it snaps. I can try and get a pic of mine but it's gonna cost ya a Corona! 'bird
