How would I know if the belt slips I know it has overdrive pully they guy said and where is the bypass valve

This is unrelated but I was driving it around feeling it out it really doesn’t push more than 5psi boost what could cause that I have intake piping on the way so that will be replaced soon but I assume it’s not the intake

Would it just randomly short though it blew my blinker fuse 10a and a 15 a stop hazard fuse then the same stop hazard fuse popped a 25 when break pedal was pushed it worked like 2 -3 days ago then next Time I drove no blinkers hazards or break lights

Yeah it has a aftermarket alarm system put in by the person who had it before me that’s why so many extra wires and stuff
