    Custom gauge cluster

I'm trying to find time to work on my 91 SC. After building the engine years ago with all of the bigger goodies, I have been having a lot of problems finding time to work on it. I finally had some time and started having Dave Dalke remote tuning it. He got it to idle for the 1st time. When it...

PARTING OUT 11 SCs FROM 89-95

Do you have a performance cluster? If not, at least a good fuel gauge with or without good slosh board. I live near Toledo so I can pick parts up depending on shipping to 43443

That's what I figured. That's why I was hoping someone would answer where to get more.

    Switching ABS to Conventional.

I was getting 17" on my gauge and on a tester. I replaced the 5/16" tee with a 3/8". I checked on each piece as I put it back together. When I checked at the supply line between vacuum trees it jumped up to at least 25". There was no vacuum to inlet so that jump must've been from it being...

    Switching ABS to Conventional.

I bought a vacuum bleeder from Harbor Freight. It wasn't pulling any fluid. I tried pumping the brakes with that on. Put less fluid than I thought it should have into the cup. I removed speed bleeders thinking they might not work with vacuum pulling. I had fluid running out before I got old...

    Switching ABS to Conventional.

I got everything installed and bled. It was a long hard fight getting booster in. I had to unplug sensors and move wire harnesses. Disconnect and move vacuum lines. I forgot about compressing rod. That probably would've helped. I dropped the steering column for easier access, but I still had to...

    Switching ABS to Conventional.

So back to my original question. I read one person saying the rear ports are for the front brakes, another person said the front ones are. Which way is it?

So what makes it diagonal, the way the lines are connected? Is there any detriment to connecting 1 front line to a front port and the rear and the other front line to the rear ports?

I figured out the leaking. I didn't think about the fluid having to be released back from calipers when brakes are released. Anyone have answers on which way to connect the lines.

    Switching ABS to Conventional.

I have the booster and mc installed. I used both parts for a 90 base. When I was doing a bench bleed of the mc, I had to leave it sit overnight. When I went back to it, all of the fluid had leaked out. Shouldn't the ports be sealed off when no pressure is applied? I read one person saying the...

That's what I thought about doing. I've been looking around work for some rubber the right thickness

Firewall. The old one obviously is a 4-hole. It also has rust and brake fluid caked on it. If I don't find new, I could see if the old one cleans up then put a hole in it for the new 3-bolt booster.

Is there a part number for the power booster gasket? I didn't get one with the booster I ordered and I can't find a number anywhere.

    Abs pump motor FIXED!!!!!

The tip of the center tab looks like a contact, but I can't figure out how it would be installed to make contact with the other one.

I don't have access to a dyno. Doing remote with David Dalke. At the point needs road tuning.
