Then this won't work in a Mark VIII, this will work in all 3.8 or 5.0 Thunderbirds equipped with a 4R70W... since there aren't many 4R70W 5.0's running around this pretty much limits it to 94/95 SCs, 94-97 3.8 N/A Birds. Josh
