Yep use the MLS gaskets. Make sure the shop knows how to machine the heads properly for them. they and the block needs a much smoother finish than used for the standard Fel-Pros.

Back when I did this 100 years ago, ;) I used the MC for 1988 Thunderbird 5.0 and used the Proportioning valve already on the car. But added an adjustable inline going to the back brakes.

Ok you only changed the mufflers. Mine was 2.5 true duals to cats to x-type Dynomax UltraFlo to 2.5 Dynomax UltraFlos. Hated the drone. Right now it's a hack job that is worse so I'll be getting on this soon.
