I think you misunderstand, I am making the decision to pull ME out of the picture for a variety of reasons. That is what makes the getting the new leadership slightly more difficult, although there are several people in line wanting the task. I will work with each one one in order to make sure...

Not sure how to skip the part of new leadership. To me that is just selecting the next lucky person or persons to run the corporation and going through the legal part of turning it over to them. That is what happened with Evanoff and I. The process takes some time. So things are in process, just...

There are things to do to keep the club running until a transistion can be made. I am owner, co-admin and on the board of the SCCoA. I am attempting to transition out of ALL my roles. Since I have not done anything for the organization in almost 10 years, another month is not going to make a...

That's pretty much what I said. I'll be out of the way when the new leadership is in place. But we don't have new leadership in place. Not really sure what you mean.

Last time we tried to qualify some members for moderators it turned into a big argument on how to select them. We rely mostly on users reporting posts that violate the rules and it seems to work very well. I agree that we can use some help for the webmaster to help freshen up some forums and...

Essentially your post was just the straw that broke the Camel's back. It made me realize that I just need to get out of the way and let someone else try and make a difference. We did make some changes and even got more people involved. I am out of most things that I did not have time for, yet we...

As is my usual style I don’t seek to argue with anyone or create more issues for the club. I sincerely wish all of the SC owners well going into the future. I’ll amplify what Pat said that we have been largely unsuccessful in procuring the type of help we need. For some of the issues (updating...

Rear wheel won't move after hub nut installed...

Here is some info on bearing replacement: http://www.sccoa.com/articles/rearwheelbearing.php You might be able to press the outer race from the spindle, the real issue will be if it has deformed the aluminum hole and the new bearing will be a loose or bad fit.
