I was going to suggest it was originally shipped to Canada,build sheet says" Canada show"
But pic clearly shows auto shoulder belt that Canadian cars never had.

IMHO all routine 'for sale' ads should always include price, location, miles, clear contact info and at least one photo, at a minimum. Not sure why we continue to see postings that need prompting to get that info...oh well
