Can you get a picture to show how much you need? I've got a 94 here that I am willing to cut. The floor pan should be the same.

I’ve been trying to find a layout picture online of the floor, and my cars still together. But it’s pretty much upto and including the flooor under the drivers seat, including the rocker,

I will try to get an actual photo of my car but that gives a rough idea. How much do you think?

How far into the tunnel and how far into that back wall? You want the front seat bolt locations? All the way to the door jamb pinch weld?

I will take 2” into the tunnel and back wall so I have a nice 90deg bend to weld in.
Yes including the front seat bolt locations, may as well. And yes to the door jam pinch weld and beyond including the area under the door sills upto and including the exterior rocker panel under the ground affects. just so I can keep the pinch welds and rocker as one piece on this patch panel. My pinch welds are toast, floor is toast, and rocker is toast.

I don’t have the car infront of me, but if there’s a lower floor section beyond the back wall/seat area I would need that too. To the rear wheel arch.

I currently don’t have a safe place to jack the left rear of the car from the body.

Are you looking for that as all one piece (front seat bolts to rear wheel arch)? That will be tricky and probably expensive to ship

I looked at the car again tonight and pulled up as much of the carpet as I could and removed some of the ground efffects.

The floor piece can ship as one piece, just cut it right at the corner of lower door opening. And I’ll probably need it to go 5” up at the rear, and 2” on the tranny hump should be fine. The only thing holding the floor together right now is the factory sound deadner. It’s rotted all the way around at the rear seam and outer seam.

The rear section can ship as a separate piece. Cut above where the ground effects bracket is, and down to where the first cut was to the corner door jamb. I was poking around under there and it’s the lower quarter/rocker that’s rotted away. I’ve attached a pick of what’s going on right now on my car. It’s very ugly. The car has sentimental value, that’s why I’m trying to salvage it. I’d really like to weld the 2 panels back together at the rocker and door jam.

If you need to do any part of the rocker panels, you might want to look for something like this, instead...

Thanks brother. I’ll probably get those
Too, but need as much of the inner rockers as I can get as well and then some. I can drill out the spots Welds on the pieces I get if needed and build it up panel by panel as well, and finish it off with that outer rocker. I’ve always liked factory metal pieces.

I'll have to get all the junk out of the car and get it marked out to verify before I cut. I'm heading out of town this weekend for a week or so. It will be when I get back before I can get to it.
