1992 THUNDERBIRD SC idling issue

When In drive and at a stand the rpms drop to 500-450 and bogs a bit than comes up to 500, once I put it into neutral the rpms go up to about 700-900 rpms. Could this be vacuum leak ? Is so how do I check it out , what else could be causing this ? Help , thank !

Most likely a vacuum leak and the proper way to do it is with a smoke machine what I did was replace every vacuum line that I could find because mine had been very neglected so I figured they where all in equally bad shape
