1995 5-Speed 55k miles

I have not seen this car and could be wrong but I've purchased lots of damaged cars over the years and this is not a dent from somebody bumping into the side. The damage to the quarter looks similar to several car I've picked up with damage from a rear ender. It may have just been hit on the one side. Even at slow speeds these cars buckle pretty easy. I'd be surprised if the door opening gaps on the driver side were not larger than the passenger side.

Is it fixable ?? Yes but at what cost and is it economical. I'd ask if the car has a clear title or was it written off.
