I know it's a little late, but since Pat is unable to attend this year I'll see if we can still do this if there's enough interest. If we get 15 slots filled it will be $42 each, if we get 20 it will be $31 each. If we get at least 10 slots filled I'll get the track reserved and work on a way to collect payment. I'm going for the same place and time slot as usual.

Are those amounts based on 30 mins or hour? One word of advise, before you reserve the track make sure people pay you. The people have done in the past and got burnt collecting money at the track. I know Pat would not reserve it unless he had the money first
 
Thanks for the advice Ken. I don't have a way to collect payment online, but I'm working will Bill so I'll have him post up that info soon. The price is for a half hour. Looks like 6 confirmed so far, once I get a few more and have a payment link set up I'll get the track reserved. Hopefully we can get this done in the next couple days.

Sounds like a plan. I would be interested in 30 minutes
 
Cool, that makes 7. I'll call them today to see how many carts they have for sure. If they do only have 10 carts then we only have 13 slots left to fill and will make it $31 for each slot.
 
I just talked to them at the go cart track. They do have the track and time slot open, however they changed their prices. It is now $650 for the track, plus now they add gratuity on top of it which is $117 (ouch, I know) then $13 for tax so it puts it at $780 for a total. They do only have 10 carts as well so if we get all 20 slots filled it will be $39 each. Their event coordinator is off on weekends but is going to get back with me to see if we can get a better price since we've been going for several years. They guy I talked to was the one in charge last year when we were there so he remembers us so he said he'll see what he can do.
 
I think you have myself...I have a coworker coming also so 2 spots here to help the greater good. Let me know.

If it makes it easier, I'm happy to have everyone Paypal/Venmo me and I'll reserve the track. But yeh, need to have all the slots filled. I can run the list here and if we don't make it, I'll just send money back.
