Billet Coolant Bleeder Fill Cap

Plat0ribs = Chris Gates

Those look awsome.

I may be interested in buying an annodized version later if you decide to offer that.

Thanks again for your fine products.

Alright so quite a few guys already got this in the mail with their sills. I provided an o-ring with each cap it's chemical resistant and rated to 400 degrees. Hope it works. I'm not sure on the torque rating on the stock bolt, I put about 10-12lbs on mine and it seems fine.

Let me know what you guys think, I love feedback good or bad and post pictures of the caps installed!

I made these available for purchase now. Ordering info is on the first post. I only have the listed in "polished" right now.

If there is any interest in chrome ones let me know, I can add that option and send a few out, should only be a few bucks more. Didnt do it right away because im not sure about coolant and chrome, I'm pretty sure it should be ok but if anyone else wants to confirm that would be great.

Ordered mine but I would like a chrome one if possible greg polishing all the stuff under my hood is wearing me out lol.

Fill Cap

Wished this would have come out when I ordered my sills, I was one of the 1st runs, along with the oil cap.
This dude is making some wicked items for the bird guys and his work is 1st class.
Keep up the good work.
Oh- WES92SC= Wade Sawicki.

I believe you still owe me $10.00 bucks in credit young man.....:D

Greg,

I'll take a chrome one. If you can update your page with the correct price, I'll get Tanya to purchase it on Wednesday. Maybe an additional fee or something so she'll know what to do. Just let me know and we'll work it out.

Duane,

Not offering these in Chrome right now, maybe at a later date.

Greg,

Oh, I misunderstood. I would rather have a chrome one but if it's going to be months before you offer them then I'll just get Tanya to buy a polished version and then buy a chrome version when you do offer them. I just don't want to miss out if you don't produce a chrome version in the near future.

They'll be available soon, maybe a week or 2? I just don't have any other parts to go to chrome at the moment and dont want to just show up with a few caps. I have a good amount of them set aside for chrome just waiting on some other of my products to be ready for chrome also.

I'll make the option available when I have them ready. And update this post

Greg,

Ah, thanks for the clarification. Then I'll wait because I want a chrome one. Thanks for making these great products. They were a big hit at the SC Shootout.

Can we get these in black with the wording etched? THAT would look awesome. Im ordering one regardless thanks!

Anybody try installing these yet? I've had one guy tell me the bolt didn't go through, im hoping that cap just had a burr or something and not all of the I.D's are small:eek:

Just came in the mail.

The bolt is tight to start, but fits fine after the first couple threads. I don't see any issues.

The combo metal/rubber washers I mentioned are the same OD as the bolt shoulder and fit fine on top, between the cap and bolt head. Installed and tested fine so far, with nothing on the underside between the cap and the standoff. As usual, these are impressive, thanks. Makes the bolt look shabby, but nothing a dress cap & fresh bolt won't cure.
