Bucking Bird

I have a 1989 Super Coupe with 32000 original miles. I love the car but if I park and don't use it, it will sometimes buck so bad while driving you'd think the rear end's coming out. Even if you remove your foot from the accelerator it bucks, then run fine. Put your foot in it, fine. It will happen intermittently for a few times and then it'll run fine. It doesn't seem to happen at high speeds at all. All the injectors were changed at a Ford dealer along with the pressure regulator less than 2000 miles ago. Anybody out there with a similar issue?
