Ok I have a slight problem with the 94 auto t-bird. I just can’t figure it out. I resolved the fuel pump issue and haven’t messed with it until today. I got excellent fuel pressure but I am not getting spark from the coil. Power is coming in the red/green wire while key is in the run position the 3 tan/stripe wires immediately get power also. With the key in the off position all 4 wires at the coil are ground. I replaced the crank sensor, cam sensor, coil, and harness with known good ones the ICM is the only factor I have not factored out that i know of.The tach is reading but it seems jumpy. BJH balancer is not wobbleing. I can’t seem to find a test procedure for the 94/95 ICM would someone happen to have some information they could share with me.

Thank you for your time!

Solved

It solved my no spark issue but I still have not got it started yet. Now it is hitting for the first few cranks but then it floods the cylinders with fuel.

New plugs are waiting at the house for install. I have checked firing order at least 1.5 billion times  if I only had a nickel right!

when my car was flooding i thought fuel pump cant be bad but there was no fuel pressure so the computer was dumping in all the fuel it could making it seem rich like it was flooding
