Emergency Brake cable assembly on IRS with disc brakes

I have only the passenger side emergency brake operating and believe there may be a problem at the center cable junction. photos are appreciated

I think what you are referring to is the adjuster (where all 3 cables come together) Part # is F3SZ-2B599-A.
that may take you to a figure, that will help.

It does hang loose.

The 3 cables & adjuster/pretensioner are not attached to or supported by subframe or body.
The tension keeps everything from drooping. My response that it hangs loose might of mislead you.
