Any mustang front hub from 94-04 will work, rear is 99-04 cobra.

Also being an 89 you're going to need 93+ Thunderbird or Cougar front Spindles.

I thought that was only necessary if upgrading to the Cobra front brakes & 13" rotors. Looks like OP is only interested in swapping to a Mustang bolt pattern.
