.... so I'm riding my Motorcycle today on a backroad, in a farming area, and I come around a corner, and there sits a shiny red Super Coupe. I was so shocked, I almost fell off my Motorcycle. I turned around to check it out, and noticed a for sale sign in the windshield. Price was $4,500 obo, it the car looked really nice. I drove off, before I did something stupid. I said to myself, "you don't need another SC, and besides, it probably has a blown head gasket, and high mileage, etc." I went home, ate dinner, and tried to forget about it. That didn't work, so I drove back up there, and the owner came out, and he told me the story of the SC. It was their Uncle's pride, and joy, but he had passed away. Car is an 1989, 5speed, 86K miles, stock, and original. Beautiful titanium leather interior, well optioned, aftermarket stereo, really clean. They had the windows tinted, and new 18" wheels, and tires,( discount tire specials), but whatever. AC had been converted, and blows cold. Engine runs, and sounds great. Radiator looked too good to not have been re-done. Shocks have been replaced at some point, but are still ARC. The left side quarter looks to have been re-painted, and doesn't quite match. It looks better than the pictures show, or maybe that's just me. The owner said it was always garaged. I would still need to check it out more closely, but I bet I could get it for $4K. What do you guy's think?

I think you stumbled across a deal & should act on it. It sounds like its been well cared for & should hold few surprises.
