No blinkers or hazards but wipers work what could cause this

I have a 95 tbird sc and it’s blinkers stopped working so did hazards but whispers still work not sure if it’s multi switch or what but only wipers work I changed the fuse and it was a blown 10 and it still doesn’t work

I tried a bigger fuse to see what’s going on lout noise while hazard button is on I turn it off noise goes with it but no blinkers still or hazards it just makes a loud noise I’m guessing it’s a fat short somewhere and I have to find it

So I followed the buzzing to this thing and I tried loosening it up to take a look now my car won’t start I’m starting to hate this car it won’t tighten back up it’s won’t come out I’m not even sure what it is I’m just trying to find my damn problem 1AE3D120-65AA-4030-A9FA-25C20A6B7B42.jpeg

I don't recognize that? But I don't have anything newer then 93.

I see what the shop that refused to work on it meant by a wiring mess.
The pic of the ignition switch you posted last week showed multiple wires
in the background with butt connectors & todays shows a couple other wires
just running in the background.

Yeah it has a aftermarket alarm system put in by the person who had it before me that’s why so many extra wires and stuff

The only thing its really telling you is the short is more then 15 & less the 25 amps (16-24)
Really hard to know where to look if you do not have a EVTM for 95. There may not be anything
wrong with the part that is buzzing, it could just be another symptom of what ever is causing the signal/haz problem.

I have a 87 Turbo Coupe that the module under the dash for the intermittent wipers buzzed when wiper's were off.
it ended up being the wiper switch in steering colunm had a bad ground

I have a repair manual in the trunk of the car but I’m not sure that’s the same but I will do some more looking tonight if I can’t get it I’m going to take it somewhere this is like ruining this awesome car for me

Thing that sucks is it blew a 25 a fuse when break pedal was pushed so the short would have to be more than 25a when the break pedal is pushed

Could be brake light wiring? Which could be anywhere between the dash &/or steer colunm & trunk?
I think that circuit also sends a signal to the cruise control module-to cancel it when brake pushed.

Would it just randomly short though it blew my blinker fuse 10a and a 15 a stop hazard fuse then the same stop hazard fuse popped a 25 when break pedal was pushed it worked like 2 -3 days ago then next Time I drove no blinkers hazards or break lights
