As it turns out my Rad sensor is getting a build up of a black oily substance on it, Ford told me I should get it flushed and that there could be a possible leak, yet I am not losing any actual coolent so I don't what it is, and if it is a leak does anyone know what would have to be replaced or how much on average?

As alot of people on here have, I just replaced mine with one from http://www.radiatorexpress.com

I found an auction they had on ebay, then called them with the item number and ordered it for the auction price. Total was $165 shipped to my door. It is a pretty easy job to do yourself to replace it. You dont even have to removed the intercooler, just unbolt it from the bracket. If your old radiator does not have the bolt on ic bracket (one of my sc's did and one didnt) then you will have to either order a new bracket from the for $20, or find a way to remove yours nad bolt it to the new radiator.
