3 of those codes are just from not preforming the dynamic test properly, so I would disregard them.
The ECT issues( open or shorted) could cause what your describing.
Do a KOEO test, and show the continuos codes. The ECT might be because the engine wasn't up to temp. I'm guessing fuel issue. Needs a fuel pressure test. Did you just buy gas?
