Supercharger and engine questions 10% pulley

I recently picked up a new to me supercharger in good condition with a 10% smaller pulley. My tbird is a 89 super coupe Would there be any way to tell the older model scharger to the newer models?
If I do install this new supercharger will I need a tune with a pulley that small or what all will I need? I was doing some research and a 10% pulley would be just under 16lbs of boost compared to 12lbs.
My car already has long tube headers catless exhaust with stock mufflers, cold air intake, and but mostly stock.
Any help would be appreciated,thanks!20221129_184016.jpg

How much labor were your long tube headers?
I have the stainless steel long tube headers from super coupe performance, took me awhile I'd say a day and a half should be able to put the passenger side up from the bottom the drivers side you have to remove the oil dipstick tube, was a hassle to fit everything in place.

You can tell the different years of SCs by the back of the blower/inlet. You will most likely need bigger fuel injectors. So yes a tune or a MAF to match the injectors.

Thank you, what would the differences be on the back of the blower I'm pretty sure the late models had better flow ect. But not sure how to disguise the 2.
I'll have to look on super coupe performance for injectors and possibly a maf then. I seen they do tuning chips but there pretty pricey for them, ill have to check around my area for tuning shops. I'll have to do alittle more research to figure out all what I need.

Here is some visuals. The smiley face is a custom aftermarket piece and the oval is the early model 89-93 then the 94-95 was just a rectangle kinda like the aftermarket one without the turn ups.

Thanks, the SC I just picked up is a early model blower then

Basically the outside, i spun it with an impact to make sure I didn't hear any unwanted noise within the SC and it spins smoothly, the guy said it was "rebuilt" hard to believe honestly. My guess is "Craigslist rebuild" since it's painted.
I picked this SC up because the one on my car makes a weird noise every once in awhile like one clunk in the shaft of the SC at idle like everytime the engine tone changes happens probably every couple mins of idle hear nothing while driving or revving but unsure what it is.

Understood, check the oil level in the replacement unit or just change it I guess.
A lot simpler to drain old when its off.

See this link on changing super charger oil:

About the weird noise situation, probably the coupler - pull the snout and see.
Thanks, I will be changing the fluid in the replacement with gm fluid that I have lying around.
I've been waiting for the next nice day out(very cold here) to start working on the tbird I plan on swapping the SC and then I plan on looking over what the original SC needs replaced and order the parts.
