Transmission gearing

I was wondering if anyone knew if you could take the first gear from the super coupes manual m5r2 and swap it into a f150 m5od 4x4 manual? Or if anyone knows if you can put the f150s m5od 4x4 parts onto the super coupes m5r2 manual to covert it? I know this might be a little off topic, but any help would be appreciated. For reference I'm looking into making a 4x4 car with a sbf bolt pattern. If anyone knows of a better 4x4 or awd manual transmission for the sbf bolt pattern I'm open to suggestions.

You can’t change individual gear ratios since the countershaft is one piece. There are also differences in the output shaft length and diameter between the F150 and Tbird transmissions. In theory, you could swap the tailshaft and output shaft, as well as the top cover from the Tbird trans to the F150 trans, which would give you the rear shifter location. Otherwise if the top shifter location works, I would just run a complete F150 trans.

The issue is the f150 transmission has a 3.90 first gear and I was kinda hoping for something lower.
