Wouldn't your insurance company have the VIN in their records, unless you've changed companies since then.

For the last 10 years I’ve had company insurance, but that being said I will contact the Co-operators who was my insurers back then. Didn’t even think of that. Thank you.

In one of your pics, it shows front plate, I'm sure MTO can tell you the cars it had been attached to, then once you get the VIN, you can get a Used Vehcle Info Package for $ 15.00 & find out the current owners name
