UHMW IRS Sub-Frame Mount Kits

I'm about a month out, if you can wait that long, Jeepster.

Thats fine. I'll go ahead and make payment this weekend. I can wait on the parts because I'm still in the parts aquisition stage of my rear suspension overhau/buildupl project

I surprised that there seems to be this much interest, since I had such a hard time selling the last few sets.

That being said, after one person pays, I'll begin working on the sleeves. The sleeves will take longer to make and then they have to be sent out to be anodized.

Unless you guys don't care about the sleeves being anodized, then I could cut the price down to $400.

Let me know what you think.

any way i could get a set to, bad wheel hop on 89 bird 5speed, im in mi 48135.

If you're trying to cure wheelhop, you should consider my Delrin IRS Bushing Kits, see the link under my signature.

However, with an '89, you might have the early stamped steel LCA's, which you would need to change to either the later cast iron Thunderbird LCA's or upgrade to the Mark VIII aluminum LCA's.

ok thank you, anyway u can call me on monday to talk it over?, would u suggest to replace both the subframe bushing as well as the low control arms? or just LCAs? and how can i find out if they are the early type?

Start with LCA and Knuckle bushings.

Post a pic of your LCA's.

Payment on one set has been made!

Thanks! I'll start working on the sleeves later in the week after I've finished the project I'm currently working on (a batch of SS strut rod sleeves). As I said before, it's going to take at least 2-3 weeks to make a batch of sleeves, and then send them out to be hardcoated. Once I've shipped the sleeves out, I'll start working on the bushings themselves, so it'll be close to a month before I'm able to ship the first kit.

If anyone else wishes to reserve a set from this batch of 5 sets:

$425 shipped (lower 48).

NOTE: These are not stock style rubber replacement mounts. They are designed for performance applications, as NVH will be adversely affected. You will feel, and likely hear, more than you would with the stock mounts.

Price Reduction!

I've started working on the sleeves.

Also, I was able to find a good deal on the UHMW rod, so I'm going to reduce the price!

I should be ready to ship before Thanksgiving.

A quick update.

I spoke to the company doing the hardcoating today, and it looks like I'll get the spacers back early next week and then I'll be able to ship the kits that have been paid for.

The sleeves are back from being hardcoated. The paid for kits are shipping today.

So where is everyone that wanted a set?

I'm still in the market but can't right now. If you still have a set in the future I'll be grabbing one.

FYI - At this point I'm making these to order, so it may take 3-5 days after payment for your order to ship. When I have some free time I'll make up a few kits for stock and let everyone know.
