Does anyone know if this stuff really works? heard alot about it, getting ready for the Vegas heat just wondering if if there is any proven products out there to give us a edge or just go with the recommended coolant. Thanks.

Works for me. Not sure about other brands. I like to think it also helps to purge trapped air after the cooling system has been open.

I do a complete coolant change every spring with one gallon of antifreeze, one 12 ounce bottle of water wetter, and the rest distilled water and have not lost a head gasket in twenty plus years with two SC's. We all know SC's are thermally challenged in hot weather and I believe the water wetter can't hurt in hot summer driving. I think it works but I don't have any empirical proof of such.
