What is this part

I am putting the wiper motor and cowls back in after being off for 5 years. I had kept all of the screws together, but after moving and having stored everything for 5 years, I forgot what screws go where. I know which ones for cowl. The ones holding the wiper motor cowl seem to have a different thread at the 2 ends than through the middle. Are they Philips screws for the motor cowl extension?
What is the part on the bottom of each cowl that has a vacuum line going to? The part number looks like VESSB-1766-A. What are they for?

Nevermind. They are what I thought they were. They are the fluid spray nozzles. Confused me because they connect to the vacuum tree.

Yeah that screwed me up I thought I had an unplugged vacuum line when I put the motor back in but it was the windshield washer line...
