im guessing that with the solid mounts the ride control will no longer be in effect , correct?

No?? Thats not correct. Motor mounts will have no effect on the A.R.C. at all.
Did we misunderstand what your trying to replace?

I apologize, I had got done reading about replacement shocks and was talking about it with my dad as I typed it and I thought I was somehow talking about shocks ‍

Do you recommend the westar motor mount or DEA/ Marmon motor mount ?

Is there a significant difference in ride smoothness from solid mounts in comparison to the hydraulic ones ?

I've never noticed a difference and I've owned 35 or more of these cars ranging from bone stock to heavily modified.. Solid mounts should have been used day 1 in my opinion.

Solid just saves you from having to do it a 2nd time. They're an involved process no matter which method you use to tackle the replacement.

Agree...I bought a set of the steel case solid rubber motor mounts from Bill back in 2003 and they are still working fine. No extra vibration noticed over the weak azz gel filled mounts.
